What is one small thing that you can do today to move closer to that result?
What is keeping you from doing that one small thing?
Why is that keeping you from doing it?
When you believe that thing is keeping you from doing it, how do you feel?
When you feel that way what happens?
Can you see it is your own thought about taking one small step that is stopping you?
Now ask yourself:
What thought would help you take that small step?
How does that thought feel?
What will you do when you feel that way?
Does that action move you closer to taking that one small step?
Now take that one action.
Then keep repeating the process until you achieve your desired result.
