  1. Write down how you want it to be for you. Use your imagination and dream and write down one sentence of how you want your life to be for you.
  2. Write down five sentences about why your life isn’t already this way.
  3. Imagine yourself in the future already having the life you want and answer each of the objection sentences in #2.
  4. Start taking small daily steps to live into the answers you came up with in #3.
  5. Repeat this process everyday for 30 days and watch the transformation.

Changing how you use to believe your life was to how you want to believe your life to be is not easy to do on your own.
