Have you noticed that some days you wake up feeling upbeat, happy, excited?

Other days you wake up feeling down, discouraged, not wanting to get out of bed.

Often, nothing outside of us has changed.

The weather is the same.

The people are the same.

Our work is the same.

Our income and bills are the same.

So why do we feel different?

It is our wonderful thought creating mind.

Our minds think 40,000 different thoughts a day!

Most of the time we don’t even notice these thoughts.

They are the “elevator music” of our mind.

Thoughts cause our feelings.

But we do notice how those thoughts make us feel.

Good news! We are not our thoughts!

Thoughts do not control us!

We are the watcher of our thoughts.

We can choose what thoughts to stop thinking.

We can choose what thoughts we want to think on purpose.

Thinking different thoughts gives us different feelings.

We do that by asking ourselves some questions.

Here are some questions to ask yourself everyday:

How can I be an example of what is possible?

How can I do my work and have fun at the same time?

What can I do to laugh today?

How can I make today better than yesterday?

How can I make my future better than my past?

How can I make myself a priority, so I have more to give to others?

What do I love about myself?

What am I grateful for?

How can I honor my body today?

What can I do to feel my emotions rather than stuffing them down?

How can I become connected to my internal joy?

How can I make choices that benefit me and those around me at the same time?

How can I live my best life?

Answer even a few of these questions and you will find you feel different because you have changed the dialog of thoughts in your mind.
